The three Ardent CrowdFund investor tiers, retail, accredited, and institutional, and how each one differs under SEC Ghana rules.

Investor categories

Ardent CrowdFund classifies every investor into one of three tiers set out under Ghana's crowdfunding framework: retail, accredited, and institutional. Your tier determines how much you can invest per campaign and per year, which deal types you can access, and what disclosures are required before you subscribe. You can upgrade tiers at any time by submitting the relevant evidence.

Retail investors

Default tier for everyday Ghanaian investors, capped per-campaign and annual investment limits that keep exposure proportionate to income.

Accredited investors

Individuals who meet the income, net-worth, or professional-experience thresholds defined in the SEC Ghana guidelines.

Institutional investors

Registered companies, funds, and professional asset managers; onboarded via a separate business-account path with KYB.
