AGMs and voting

How to attend Annual General Meetings, cast votes, and exercise shareholder rights on Ardent CrowdFund.

AGMs and voting

Equity investors on Ardent CrowdFund keep the same governance rights they would enjoy holding shares directly, including receiving AGM notices, voting on resolutions, and asking questions of the issuer's board. The platform digitises these rights: meetings are held online, votes are cast in-app, and every action is recorded against your holding so there is a clear audit trail. This page explains how to participate.

Receiving an AGM notice

How Ardent CrowdFund issues AGM notices on behalf of issuers and how to add them to your calendar.

Reviewing resolutions

Reading the resolution pack, understanding director recommendations, and comparing against previous years.

Casting your vote

Voting in advance, voting live during the meeting, and changing your vote before the cut-off.

Proxy voting

Appointing another holder or a platform-nominated chair to vote on your behalf.

Attending the online meeting

Joining the live video session, asking questions via the moderated Q&A, and accessing the recording afterwards.

Other shareholder rights

Dividend declarations, information rights, pre-emption rights, and how they are enforced by Ardent on your behalf.
