Fees

The complete Ardent CrowdFund fee schedule for investors and issuers, how fees are calculated, disclosed, and charged.

Fees

Ardent CrowdFund's fee schedule is transparent and single-source: every fee an investor or issuer may be charged is described on this page. Fees are disclosed up-front in the offer document, the subscription confirmation, and every periodic statement; there are no hidden or surprise charges. We keep this page in sync with the commercial terms in your platform agreement.

How we charge fees

Fees are deducted in clearly-marked line items, always in GHS unless the underlying instrument is denominated in another currency.

Investor fees

What investors pay: subscription fees, payout fees, secondary-market fees (when the secondary market is live), and any dormancy fees.

Issuer fees

What issuers pay: application fees, success fees on funds raised, ongoing platform-support fees, and optional marketing add-ons.

Third-party fees and withholdings

Which fees originate from third parties (escrow banks, payment operators, tax withholdings) and therefore appear separately from Ardent fees.

How fees are disclosed

Where fees appear in the offer document, the subscription flow, and post-raise statements, and how to reconcile them.

Worked examples

Two concrete worked examples, one equity raise and one debt raise, showing how every fee interacts on a single transaction.

Fee changes

How and when we change our fee schedule, and the notice periods we commit to for both investors and issuers.
